We offer a one-stop shop, so once you have chosen your venue, we can offer a bespoke service providing you with audio-visual solutions, tailor-made stage sets, presentation production, filming, editing, and the support crew to make it all happen.

In addition to this fully bespoke service, we are pleased to offer a couple of all-inclusive awards production packages.

Suitable for those looking for the very best bang per buck of their budget, these tried and tested bundles provide everything that is required to stage a truly impressive and memorable awards production.

Our set-price awards packages are built for those who are on a budget and want to know they will get everything included

# In-Person Awards Package £12,995

(for audience size of up to 350 people)

Our In-person package includes all you need from set, stage, projection, sound, lighting, autocue and slide production for up to 20 awards along with an engaging and experienced host in the form of Comedian and Writer Ian Moore and not just any voice of god but the voice of the National Lottery and Strictly Come Dancing, Alan Dedicoat, to announce the nominees.

 

All you have to do is provide the brief, script, logos and other assets and our team will do the rest.

 

Please note this package price is based on your event being held in London, we are happy to provide this service elsewhere but this may be subject to a slight increase in cost.

# Awards webcast package £5,995

With social distancing still a consideration for events we turned our standard format awards show on its head and came up with a fantastic solution that focuses on bringing all of your nominees, winners and sponsors to your attendees’ screens.

A hybrid of live interaction, pre-recorded footage and complete with custom graphics, nominee anouncements and a host. Guests can watch the awards from their device and sponsors get more than their usual exposure. This is a great contemporary platform to take your awards safely into the future.

As with the “In-Person” events we have put this package together, so you don’t have to do anything other than provide the brief, script, sponsor logos and assets. Also included is Ian Moore and Alan Dedicoat.

Ian Moore occupies a unique position in British comedy. TV/Radio regular, best-selling author and headliner at London’s world famous Comedy Store. As a much sought after comedian, compère and corporate awards host, Ian has performed at corporate events ranging from twelve Harley Davidson executives in a hotel suite to hosting a live Q&A in front of 3,500 people at a packed-out Hammersmith Apollo.

ALAN DEDICOAT

CO-HOST (Nominee Announcer)

Alan Dedicoat is an English announcer for programmes on BBC One; he is probably best known as the “Voice of the Balls” on the National Lottery programmes on BBC One, a name referred to him by Sir Terry Wogan. Until 27 March 2015 he also read the news on BBC Radio 2.
